ZEARO is an all in one 3D printed bike frame custom built to the user’s specifications it has integrated F1 style aerodynamics funnelling air flow though the bike frame using it to help reduce drag. The unique honeycomb design allows for a lighter and stronger frame than traditional carbon fibre bikes.

Made from 100% recycled carbon fibre the frame is completely recyclable making it a greener choice for consumers.
